2. Description of the Service
•Tennis Survivor is a free-to-play prediction game in which users select tennis players to advance through tournament brackets round by round.
•The App covers ATP Tour tournaments including Grand Slams, Masters 1000, ATP 500 and ATP 250 events.
•Users can join global, country, and custom leagues, track a 52-week rolling ranking, and view live match results.
•The App is provided for entertainment purposes only and does not involve real-money wagering.
3. User Accounts
•You must provide a valid email address and create an account to participate.
•You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account.
•You must be at least 13 years old to create an account.
•You agree to provide accurate information and to update it as necessary.
4. Acceptable Use
•You agree not to use the App to violate any law, regulation, or third-party right.
•You may not create multiple accounts to manipulate rankings, leagues, or outcomes.
•You may not scrape, reverse-engineer, or attempt to disrupt the App's infrastructure.
•We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that engage in abusive, fraudulent, or disruptive behavior.
5. Intellectual Property
•The App, its design, branding, and software are the property of Tennis Survivor and its licensors.
•Tournament names, player names, and related trademarks belong to their respective owners and are used for informational purposes only.
•You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute App content without prior written permission.
6. User Content
•You retain ownership of any content you submit, such as your display name and profile information.
•By submitting content, you grant Tennis Survivor a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to display it within the App (e.g., on leaderboards and league views).
•You are responsible for ensuring your content does not infringe the rights of any third party.
7. Privacy
•Your use of the App is also governed by our Privacy Policy, available at /privacy.
•The Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your personal information.
8. Third-Party Services
•The App uses Google Sign-In to allow you to authenticate using your Google account. Your use of Google Sign-In is subject to Google's applicable terms and privacy policies.
•We do not store your Google password. We only receive the information necessary to create and manage your account.
•The App may integrate with third-party data providers for match schedules, scores, and odds. We are not responsible for the accuracy or availability of third-party data.
•Any third-party services are provided "as is" and we are not liable for their conduct or content.
9. Disclaimer of Warranties
•The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind.
•We do not guarantee that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that match data will always be accurate or timely.
•You use the App at your own risk.
10. Limitation of Liability
•To the maximum extent permitted by law, Tennis Survivor and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App.
•Our total liability for any claim related to the App is limited to the amount you have paid us, which is zero given the App is free.
11. Termination
•You may delete your account at any time by contacting us.
•We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms or for any other reason at our discretion.
•Upon termination, your right to use the App ceases immediately.
12. Changes to These Terms
•We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify users of material changes by posting the updated Terms in the App.
•Your continued use of the App after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
